How much do you charge?

Our hourly rate is $80 (excl. GST). Since every job is different, the total cost will depend on several factors - mainly the number of transactions each month, how complex those transactions are, and the level of clarification or additional information we need from you.

How often should bookkeeping be done?

It depends on your business, but most businesses benefit from monthly bookkeeping to stay on top of their finances. As a minimum, your bookkeeping should align with your BAS/IAS lodgement periods (quarterly or monthly).

What software do you use?

We exclusively use Xero - all our bookkeepers are Xero Certified Advisors, meaning we’re trained and accredited in using Xero to manage your books accurately and efficiently.

Are all bookkeepers BAS agents?

No - we’re not BAS agents, but we handle your day-to-day bookkeeping, bills, and invoices to keep everything accurate and ready for your accountant or BAS agent. If you need support with BAS or other tax lodgements, we also partner with trusted accountants who can help.
